MPS was established in 2003. Its lead partner is Paul Gibson, a RICS qualified chartered quantity surveyor. Over the past decade and more, in addition to its core skills, MPS has developed extensive expertise in taking on the roles of project manager, CDM consultant, contract administrator, fund monitor and employers agent.
